Journalist Serena Shim was killed on Sunday, when a heavy vehicle hit the rental car she was travelling in. In her last report, she said the Turkish intelligence agency had threatened her and accused her of spying. She had earlier reported that Islamic State (IS/ISIS/ISIL) militants had crossed between Turkey and Syria.
